Get those abs and a killer chest too
Pushups help to build killer abs, surprise!! And you kick it on your chest too. A Canadian study found that men who performed poorly on a pushup test (less than 30 reps) were 78% more likely to gain 20 pounds of flab over the next two decades.
So start doing some simple pushups. They are a great all over exercise.

Remember for any actual injury, you need to visit your doctor for diagnosis and treatment. To prevent shin splints, ensure that you do not run without proper arch support. This means new running shoes (properly designed for running) every 500 miles as well as strength moves for the calves and legs.

Eating salad once a day can cut your chances of developing kidney cancer. According to a study in Sweden and published in the International Journal of Science. The study tracked 61,000 participants over 13 years and found a reduction in kidney cancer of 40%.

That is an excuse sorry!! A study at the University of Georgia found that physically active people have at least 20% more pep during the day than the inactive. So get working….

Organic vegetables can be yours for just a few minutes a day. Or if you are not into watching your labor grow into produce, visit one of our local farms.
Remember fruits and vegetables are the BASIS of a healthy diet and eating fresh food allows you to eat more and get more benefits than that from processed food.

Is it possible to actually be addicted to salty food? Well, doctors and experts have said for years that the added sugar and salt in food make us overeat. I mean take nuts, plain almonds vs salted almonds. Yes, you can for sure eat more of the salty ones.
A study published in Medical Hypotheses shows that salty food can activate certain pleasure centers of the brain and that can cause you to crave more and more of it.
Try reducing your processed food intake and don’t add salt to your food and ideally, track your sodium intake for a week and see how much you consume. I am sure it will be a shocking surprise for most people.
