Getting Started with Fitness is simple — YOU JUST START DOING SOMETHING. But it is hard to stay on track. So take your fitness as a series of steps. It takes 30 days for a habit to stick so you need to stick to it for at least that for it to become a habit.

Your first step should be finding a cardio item that you like. Do you love to walk the dog — then that’s it. Do you prefer watching TV or listening to music — maybe walking on the treadmill at home or going to the gym for cardio would be more appropriate. Think outside the box for this one — there are ENDLESS amounts of activities. Swimming, tennis, rowing, fitness classes, cycling and on and on!!
